16. TERM & TERMINATION.

These Terms and Conditions shall be in effect unless and until changed by B4Playing. B4Playing may, at any time, change these Terms and Condition and/or terminate the User's access to any part of the Website and/or the Services without any advance notice, with B4Playing's action taking immediate effect.

17. LEGALIZATION.

B4Playing does not promote illegal gambling and gaming or gambling or gaming to those who live in a jurisdiction where gambling or gaming is considered unlawful. The information within this Website and which may be included in any Services is being presented solely for entertainment purposes. B4Playing is not responsible for the content of any links to other websites.

19. MISCELLANEOUS.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man alone, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws, and the competent courts of the Isle of Man shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between B4Playing and the User, and the User explicitly agrees to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man. The abovesaid shall not prevent B4Playing from taking legal action to enforce any rights it may have in any jurisdiction worldwide (such as taking action to prevent unauthorized use of the Website, the Services, any content, etc.) These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
